1. The Service

IsraelE is a free, browser-based daily geography puzzle scoped to Israel. You may use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Acceptable use

Don't try to break the Service, scrape it at scale, abuse the leaderboard with bots or spoofed scores, or post offensive display names. We reserve the right to remove abusive content and block abusive accounts without notice.

3. Content + intellectual property

The Service's code is licensed under MIT. Map tiles are © Esri and their data providers. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Border data is © geoBoundaries (CC-BY 4.0). Place descriptions are derived from public sources including Wikipedia. The IsraelE name, logo, and original artwork are owned by the operator.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Geographic data may contain errors. Scores and leaderboards are for entertainment only.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Third-party services

By using the Service you also agree to the terms of our infrastructure providers: Supabase, Railway, Vercel, Cloudflare, and (if you sign in) Google.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of Tel Aviv.
